Amazing product and amazing company fast response even on weekends to answer any questions that may come up

The paint is quite a bit darker than I expected. I thought by going with PaintScratch and using the color code from the car (silver 1D6 from Toyota) that the match would be closer. I also applied the clear coat and the cutting compound and hoped the color would lighten up, but that did not happen. I would not recommend this product.

It was difficult to know how much drying time is needed. I think I should have allowed more time between applications. Color is a good match, but finished application was uneven and difficult to buff. Going to re-apply and hopefully get a cleaner result

The paint quality is excellent as well as the color match. I never have to worry about inconsistency when I order from Paint Scratch!

Was able to touch up some minor scratches on the rear hatch that turned out passable but the pen applicator was very hard to use. The tip is like a stone instead of a brush and it was hard to control the amount of paint coming out. It was either not flowing or pooling at the tip. When I tried to touch up a chip on the hood I could not get it to fill properly and after a couple attempts it looked worse than before. The color ended up much darker than the surrounding area. Tried lightly wet sanding with 5000 grit and buffing with the including compound but it just made things worse. The clear coat went on ok over the scratches on the hatch but buffing did not make the area smooth. Taking the car to a body shop to have the chip on the hood repaired.

My husband has been pursuing the paint to match his old Jeep. Once the color code was discovered, he wanted to order a can of paint to see how it matched. Now he wants more.

I then sent an email asking for options, i have heard nothing. I would be happy to pay for one single can of light hawian blue, i sent in the specs on the last email, but before that speak to a person at the company to pass on the color, an example, explain the importance of the color.

I have a great 18 year old SUV which still runs well but needs a bit of paint chip care. Other 'dabbers' were simple yet ineffective. While a bit more expensive, PaintScratch's multiple pens made more sense.

I had to match an RV color that was not as obvious using their wizard tool, but was immediately helped by a real human, who sent me the info quickly. Ordered and received the paint for two of my vehicles very quickly.

I was trying to get touch up paint for my RV and did not have a paint color code. The PaintScratch website listed a color based on the year, make, model of RV but after receiving the paint it did not match. They were quick to refund my money though which gives me a positive opinion of the company. My quest for touch up paint continues.

Had a few rock chips on a 2013 gmc sierra. Used the paint pen and the color was perfect. The pen wasn't enough so just ordered the bottle and brush. Excellent product and customer service.

Used paint scratch in the past for a red color car and then again for a black color vehicle, and was able to remove all scratches. Product easy to use.
