Incredibly slow and freezing a lot. Don't recommend. Low charge is a guerrila marketing tactic to lure people on to their platform where it genuinely looks great but extremely poor performance. Once you've created an account it doesn't allow you to easily delete your account and if you don't cancel your cheap subscription it signs you up to a $49 monthly charge

Daniel was great and very efficient in answering my questions. He gave me the correct URL to easily find the price plans and also confirmed to me that the company is indeed based in Puerto Rico and not in China. Reason for me asking: I was testing the PDFsimpli Image Editing tool which Google Gemini Chat recommended, but obviously I landed on a site with all its functionality, but then showed me a price plan with prices nearly 100% higher than the ones which Daniel just showed me. It looks like that I was a victim (or still am) of a scammer's site which mimicks your Worksimpli site. If I am convinced that your site is a "good" one, then it is thanks to Daniel that your company probably just won another customer from across the ocean. Gracias!

I had purchased the popular translation application and attempted the conversion to English.
It did not work the first 3 times and the translation was never done.
I contacted the Live Chat and Shivani responded.
Shivani was both patient and sympathetic and adviced me to try again another 1 hour BUT as a support, Shivani asked me to upload the document during the chat. This document was translated to English which i now have. I am very grateful that this could be done.

Initially, I needed an application that could translate languages from PDF files, with the requirement of preserving the original structure. I found PDFSimpli via Google. The results and cost were very satisfying. The translations preserved the formatting. There were some font errors, but they were minimal – I'd say 99% accurate.
I stopped using it because I had finished this task.
After that, I canceled it to avoid the situation where I forgot and the system automatically renewed it. I received excellent support from Adrian.
I will return when I have a new demand.
