I was charged $1 then $7 for a PDF download. Then a $30 monthly access fee for unlimited access, but I didn't ask for it, and it what mentioned until AFTER I created an account and payed for my report.

I didn't think I authorized a 30 dollar for 30 day "membership" but when it showed as a charge on my card, one call to customer service and Jerry assured me it would be reversed. Thanks
The excessive fees and up charges for documents are unclear and very misleading. I contacted the "Live chat ", customer support and received excellent service. They responded quickly and resolved my issues promptly. I closed my account indefinitely.

I had an unknown charge and Virginia was straightforward and helpful. I wanted to close my account and that was a very quick and easy process.
They will charge you 30 dollars initial fee and 1 dollar per request. Then if u want to download any pdf its another additional charge. I hope the refund actually goes through in 3-5 days

Got charged unexpectedly, the record request process appears intentionally confusing and obfuscates what charges apply to what services. That being said, the customer support was extremely responsive and willingly provided a refund!
When i asked him/her to refund my $31 because i accidently signed up and he/she did refunded it. Thank you so much for helping me, i really appreciate you.
I ordered a copy of a deed that I understood to be $1.00. I was charged $30.00 as part of the report package, a $1.00 one-time fee for access to our database and $7.00 for PDF. That was not clear to me, and they refunded the $37 on my first attempt.
Used it to check one person's court records—quick, accurate, no hassle. Needed help canceling later and customer service handled it instantly. Great experience.
