Bought two rugs with pads and they are super high quality. Came back to buy additional rug pads for rugs that I bought on other sites.

The website was very easy to navigate. I had lots of options to choose from. Even the rug I chose came in many different shapes and sizes. I was able to find something that fit all of my needs. Two rugs were already delivered and looked just like the picture on the site, so I ordered a 3rd! Very pleased with my purchase.

I am always happy with my purchases, they arrive quickly and well wrapped, always plenty of rugs to choose from and the website is easy peasy to navigate.

Shopping on Rugs.com was convenient and reasonably priced. There were a lot of choices which made it challenging. We are hoping we made the right decision since shopping on line is difficult to see colors and textures. I can't wait to have the rugs delivered.

Well, Rug.com website is a bit of a mystery. Called and talked to a nice Customer Service rep who assisted me ordering the rug I wanted. But, now tracking is a joke with GLS. The label has been created but no other information.

I love my bright colorful 5x8 rug for my outdoor deck. After receiving it I purchased a second 2x3 for the doorway. Having a rug reduces tracking in dust off the cement and the bright color makes me happy. It was very challenging to make a decision with so many rugs to choose from. But once I made the decision Rugs.com makes it easy to order. My order was delivered very quickly.

Very good experience. I love Rugs.com. This is the first time I have paid for overnight delivery so I'm anxious to see if it comes tomorrow. I hope it does because I think it's rediculous that I had paid separate overnight shipping for the pad and they are coming together.

So much selection, easy online checkout. Arrived in 2 days with free shipping. Realized I had purchased the wrong size. Quick email to customer service and I have the free return label. Easy, breezy - THANK YOU! Already reordered same pattern in correct size. Can't wait to get it! This is how customer service should be.

This is my 4th purchase from them. Great selection, excellent service and quick delivery. I even screwed up this last purchase by ordering the wrong color, but returning the two rugs was relatively painless.
