I'm not sure what items you are referring to. If it is the eyeliner & mascara, it's just ok. No way to sharpen eyeliner for precise lines. Mascara clumps lashes together. Hard to separate.

Answer: Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!
Answer: You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
