I was really unhappy when they went to consolidate my order, there was nothing in the parcel. They should have told me that the parcel arrived compromised. They then had the audacity to tell me if I wanted a a photo of the damaged package (I didn't), that I needed to pay money to see it., I was absolutely appalled. Because I had already confirmed receipt of the item with the send weeks prior, I couldn't then go back and say "actually the package was empty". I thought it was appallingly customer service from Stackry. Also when they sent my package, they he recommended carrier delivered my parcel to an incorrect address and did not even bother to ask for ID. Despite me giving my postal address to Stackry, their delivery agent didn't use it. Stackry should not be recommending incompetent shipping companies for use to its customers. I lost around $300 as a result.

Regarding the empty package, we understand why this was upsetting. Unfortunately, our warehouse team does not open incoming packages when they arrive. We only open packages when a customer requests photos, requests a consolidation, or requests that a shipment be prepared for export. In your case, the team did not discover that the box was empty until the package was opened during the consolidation process. While this does not change the outcome, we understand how difficult it was to learn this news weeks after delivery, and we are actively reviewing ways to improve our processes and communication in situations like this.
We also apologize for any confusion regarding the photo request. At the time, photos beyond our standard processing procedures were considered an additional service, but we understand how that may have felt given the circumstances.
We are equally sorry about the delivery issue involving your outbound shipment. A package being delivered to the wrong address is unacceptable, and we understand the impact this had on you. While final-mile delivery is handled by the carrier, we recognize that you trusted us with your shipment. After reviewing the case, compensation was issued in accordance with Stackry's Package Protection and Limits of Liability policy to help resolve the matter.

Shipping costs are exploding! 2 CD, 2 vinyl et 1 book from the US to France: US$84 (with an insurance limited to $100!). This is getting ridiculous!

Great experience so far especially your customer derive guy Jordan, he's always on top of all the issues and will resolve them super fast. However your package received photos needs to be more clear. Because a lot of times you can't see the sender and to request additional photos of needs extra cost. So the part got a star deducted.

I also took the time to investigate the issue regarding your packages being added to your locker. We strive to ensure all items are correctly assigned to customer accounts as quickly as possible. In these cases, the retailer shipped the packages using an incorrect locker number, which unfortunately is outside of our control.
Any package received where the recipient's name and locker number do not match or that has an incomplete address is placed into our Lost & Found area until ownership can be verified. This process helps protect our customers and prevents packages from being assigned or shipped to the wrong person.
We understand that having to contact us for assistance can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.
