Ordered online, shipping said 5-7 business days. My order came within that timeframe & nothing was missing or damaged. It was easy to order & reasonably timed delivery.

Easy to use website and quick service. The machine we ordered was backordered, however it was delivered only two days after the original delivery date.

I could not set the lights up because they did not fit. The light style did not fit. I am back to square one! I need a style LV 528. The gap was correct (GU 5.3), but the bulb did not fit the lamp.

Just needed a couple of gobos. I ordered them, they came pretty much right away, no fuss, no mess.
