Overall this site is very efficient and helpful. However, when it comes to speaking with a life person for reservation modification; it was challenging, all I got was the Ai chat and it is not heading to the direction I needed.

Trip.com customer service is not helpful at all. They simply keep parroting the error messages that the site generatea, which are not informative and don't help resolve problems. I won't use trip.com again.

I had a great experience with the customer service team. At first I had a very bad experience with one of the hotel which forced us to checkout early and go to another hotel. I raised a full refund request and within 4 days my request was resolved just the way I wanted. Many thanks to everyone involved with our case especially Shana.

Although it took 2 full days for Evan to deliver me the good news, the issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner. The Trip.com Customer Service staff were helpful and assisted with the change in an empathic and urgent manner.
However, Trip.com may want to review their 3rd party hotel partners to protect its corporate image. Partners should be supportive and easy to work with to provide great customer service.

We can find every answer just about everything with our trip reservation, all fairs, car rentals, accommodations and ticket events. On top of that the discount has allowed us the opportunity to explore more than what we expected.

Airfare, hotel and rent a car. This app safe me time and most impotantly safe money in my pocket. Thanks for creating a cool tool for trip and traveling.
Booked a trip for 5 people to Hawaii, went thru all the screens, read as much as possible, kept going back and forth for hours before I finally made the purchase... ONLY to realize that I was 1. Never offered any option to upgrade my tickets so we can choose seats and/or add bags! So where are we now!? Scrambling trying to get these added before the airlines picks for us and puts us in random places on the plane for 5 hours! This not only is an inconvenience but will essentially cost us more in the long run. Very dissatisfied and disappointed smh.

I love using Trip.com for one stop holiday planning. It's easy to search and book your accomodation flight and attraction needs in one place. The more you book the better the discounts and recently we received free transport from the airport to our hotel location upon booking making value you for money incredible

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
