I think the customer service is outstanding. The variety is good, but I've noticed that there are some really good looking outfits put together on the webpage that aren't available through my box, and sometimes do you feel like I'm forced to choose something, even though I might not like it to fill the blank spots for items that I need to complete my box
Clothes were cool but I mean I picked them. I thought this was more of a style building thing. But the clothes were cool little pricey for three shirts though.

This box was okay but I was not able to complete the choices as I let the 24 hours past too far before choosing items. I was disappointed to see that there were not a lot of new items to choose from, which is why I tried to wait and see if different items would appear. I would like to have more button up shirts as my t-shirt quota is full but none were available.
I was happy with my first box and felt the style and value were worth the subscription. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there.
I received roughly 10 boxes in total, and the final box was an absolute joke. As usual, I went through the preference survey where you're asked to choose between different styles and items. Normally, you're then given the opportunity to swap out pieces before the box ships. This time, that screen was skipped entirely.
When I contacted customer service, I was told I would not be given the option to make swaps and that my stylist would choose the items instead. The result was unbelievable. Nearly every item in the box was something I had specifically indicated that I did not like.
Whether this was due to incompetence, a complete disregard for customer preferences, or because I had already canceled my subscription, I don't know. What I do know is that I felt completely ignored as a customer. The final box was insulting and showed no effort whatsoever to match the preferences I had repeatedly provided.
My experience started off promising but ended in a way that guaranteed I would never return. I will be sharing my experience and warning others to think carefully before subscribing to ThreadBeast.
I'm an older man in my mid fifties that likes a nice urban outfit that's not too loud or immature. They definitely delivered exactly what I had wanted. I'll give them ten stars if I could. Please keep up the good work.

Have genuinely loved the style of my boxes. Ut their mediums can run quite big or quite small — and sometimes both in the same box. Can't beat it for the price, but I'd pay more for more consistency.

Everything I have gotten has been cool but a lot of the pants and shirts are not good quality. A few pairs of pants have not fit at all and have had to give them to friends that would fit them or shirts are always too small and shrink to the point of no return. Over all it's cool but I don't think they actually take your feedback seriously.
I had been previous loyal member and after rejoining after almost 2 years of not, I was still completely happy and joyed to be a subscriber again!

I first seen an ad on Facebook about ThreadBeast & was interested from the start. I only decided to subscribe after 4 or 5 months getting emails, that & first time subscribers get a special gift with their first box. You do get the option to pick what you get & swap items but sometimes not all the items you pick make the final cut.
I've been satisfied with my experience with ThreadBeast so far & also a great way to add to my wardrobe of clothes & accessories I wouldn't have thought of or brands I otherwise wouldn't have known about. That & it's a pretty good deal for all the clothes you get at a relatively affordable price.

Everytime I've paid for my box and received the items, I've honestly used them multiple times! The clothing was in amazing shape and was in amazing quality! I even looked at myself in a new light with the new clothes and fits I would put on! I'd definitely recommend!

This is my first months subscription, First box was ok. I am more disappointed that there isn't an easier process to select the clothes. It's 2026 how isn't there an app for this? Communication / notifications can be better. When do I get to see the options for the next months selection? My continued subscription rests on this next box process.
I got my box with the intention of it being a one time thing to see if it is for me. I got the box 3 days ago and im still trying to get to the subcription page to make sure it let me pause. The site doesnt load anything specifically for the subcription page. Everything else loads just fine though
