I purchased tickets to Knucklehead's. Ticket prices have gotten so high, and fees so ridiculous, that this may well be the last time I attend a concert anywhere. I do not understand why tickets are not sent when purchased, why buyers have to wait until close to the event date.
Website came up as if it was the actual venue and then tripled the price of the ticket. The no refund policy trapped me into the transaction. Avoid this company at all costs!
I am responding to the second request for a review from TicketsOnSale. So far, so good. It was fairly simple to order the tickets on line. I received confirmation of the purchase. My understanding is that I will receive the tickets the day before the concert - so I guess I would feel better reviewing the site then, when I actually have what I paid for. So the story continues!
I feel really confused as to whether I accepted my tickets correctly. I received so many emails saying that I needed to make an account and then my tickets were confirmed but also there's no description of whether this moving bar over my ticket barcode is the official ticket.
For Canadian residents the prices should be in Canadian funds, not find out after the purchase was made the the prices are american funds. Had to pay an extra $ 300 for 4 tickets. Worst part is, no refunds. Even called the ticket seller. This was the explanation that I got.
I just find it strange that I had to wait until the week of (the email said i would be getting them the day before or day of) to get my tickets and then have to download an app to actually get the ticket. No disrespect or anything but my honest opinion is that is was pretty anxiety inducing because I'm not from the area and I'm going to have to jump through some hoops to get my tickets whenever they showed up. I would just say up front that you need the ticketmaster app for it and maybe just send the tickets right away? I ordered tickets for another event and that showed immediately.
Unfortunately ended up on their site in error and purchased tickets for $100 more than the true ticketmaster site ticket costs, and still don't have tickets. Did not contact customer service because emails I received said tickets couldn't be canceled.
I don't like the fact that I won't get my tickets until the day before the show. I'd like to share them with the people I am going with and I'm concerned that it will be too late by the time I get them.

Don't love that you have to wait until the day before to get your tickets in hand. Would recommend buying direct from the venue instead.
It looked like I was ordering directly from the venue. Praying I actually get the tickets as I will be traveling to get to the concert. Also very high price once I actually found the real venue after I ordered from this site. I did not contact customer service as I have read other complaints similar to mine and it seems like as long as the company continues to manipulate it's all on us consumers. Will definitely avoid any further purchases from this company.
Ticket to purchase was safest, Overall it was very expensive, because my son ask me if we can watch a World Cup soccer game, so I purchased the cheapest one but still was very expensive for low class people

I was worried about using this site at first since I'd never really heard of it but I pretty much got my tickets like within the hour, and I would use this site again.
Should include what tickets were purchased. Would make this much easier. Thank instead of going thru previous saved emails to find the specific tickets you purchased on that specific date!

Ordering tickets was very easy. I just wish there would have been more notice about the need to rent lawn chairs at the same time.
First time user, most likely the last. Tickets sold as specific seat numbered tickets, yet when buy, you are sold "general area" so only know after paying that your ticket is not where you had anticipated! Cust service is limited as their answer is "it's that way, nothing to do" seems very lame attitude. I bought tickets for Charlie Puth show. Paid a significant amount, yet afterwards find out that it is "partial obstruction " which WAS NOT DISCLOSED at time of purchase.
I believe that's called Bait n Switch!
