It seems simple enough, but then it was asking me to download things in order to get my tickets and it seemed super fishy and I got really scared that I was scammed. I started reaching out to the customer service, which was a chat box so that scared me even more. In the end, I checked my spam folder and there was a random email from the seller and it said to download this to collect your tickets and I was scared, but I tried it and there they were. I was so relieved. I had googled what could I do if I had been scammed and it was saying that I could literally do nothing and that was why ticket sales had been reported to the Better Business Bureau. That scrared me even more. My seller was great. Honest and came through!

Honestly, felt duped and paid a lot more for tickets through TicketOnSale. Searched for tickets and was completely unaware that I had reached a resell site. I'm paying $50 more per tickets.

My husband and I were trying to get tickets to Olivia rodrigo for her 18th birthday on her 18th birthday. He managed it, paying a bit more than we wanted initially. But he ended up with amazing seats for an artist that has sold out everywhere. When we saw the confirmation email come in with the tickets, the pure joy on our daughter's face was worth more than anything.

Very poor. How to get in touch was not clear and response was more like an automated response not really answering my question.

You advertised tickets at twice the price of the venue and then in US dollars. I thought I was buying from the Canadian venue in Canadian prices and asked for a refund the next day when I realized. I was told they were non refundable.

I received my tickets and had an overall good experience but I was a bit worried at first as they said the tickets would be in my account within 24 hours and they weren't. However they showed up about 3 days later and were as described. When I tried to contact customer service and ask about the timing it sent me in an automated loop where I couldn't find any help.

I didn't like this process. I didn't receive the email with the tickets from the owner. Customer service was very helpful and I did get the tickets in the end and did get to attend and enjoy the show. I loved the seats we got.

This site is nothing but a rip off be it not charged in Canadian currency, hidden fees and they lied saying there was only 10 tickets left to a sold out show... so not true show isn't sold out! Paid almost $600 Canadian for 2 tickets that would have cost me half that! I will never recommend your site and will sue if my tickets don't work! You should be shut down and $#*!ed up part is if I looked you guys up I would have saved me the money because you guys are hated on for your ridiculous hidden fees and supper expensive and no refunds to return the tickets cause of your hidden fees i didn't agree to pay! $#*! YOU AND YOUR SCAMS!

I feel really confused as to whether I accepted my tickets correctly. I received so many emails saying that I needed to make an account and then my tickets were confirmed but also there's no description of whether this moving bar over my ticket barcode is the official ticket.
