I didn't realize that you have to accept tickets and all this other stuff in order to get your tickets. We had to go to the concierge to help us at the venue. My spouse was finally able to download and find tickets since the internet wasn't good in that area. Once inside it was also a challenge to find my tickets to show them where we were sitting so they could help us. They thought we had somehow snuck in. Not sure I would buy they tick picks again honestly.
