Due to some family emergency I wanted to reschedule my flight and much to my surprise I found out there isn't any toll free number for such a known global agency so I had to keep calling international number where in they happily kept putting me on long holds and even tried to get rid of me by asking me to call the airlines when the airlines even after I told that the airlines has clearly asked me to speak to the agency as the ticket was booked through the Agency. Which makes a lot of senses. I think we need more human experience at least while talking to humans or it's better AI replaces this type of customer reps who don't understand such a simple thing when I clearly said there is a family emergency
Easy to find most cheapest flight tickets with a lot of benefits. It also makes more sense to book all other bookings on trip.

We always use trip.com now. Have had frustrating experiences with other operators, but found trip.com hassle free. The app is really easy to use - we are not very technically minded - and their prices are always very competitive.

The duty manager understood my grievance and adequately compensated me. Hoping not to face such inconvenience over booking and checking in hotel from trip dot com in future. Overall this site is very efficient and helpful. However, when it comes to speaking with a life person for reservation modification; it was challenging, all I got was the Ai chat and it is not heading to the direction I needed.

Trip.com customer service is not helpful at all. They simply keep parroting the error messages that the site generatea, which are not informative and don't help resolve problems. I won't use trip.com again.

I had a great experience with the customer service team. At first I had a very bad experience with one of the hotel which forced us to checkout early and go to another hotel. I raised a full refund request and within 4 days my request was resolved just the way I wanted. Many thanks to everyone involved with our case especially Shana.

Changing date is so easy here. Price was changed. But trip.com didn't charge me extra. They paid it and gave me the new ticket. Thank your for tremendous service.
