I've had to call two different times to add on to my reservation and each time I had such a great experience and no problems. I highly recommend the Sandpiper Lodge in Santa Barbara.

Booking was easy and straightforward. The reservation process was quick, and I received confirmation promptly. I haven't stayed at the property yet, so I can't comment on the accommodations or service, but so far the booking experience has been smooth and hassle-free.

My encounter with Catherine this morning was delightful, when. I requested a reservation for discounts and a free/ refundable rate.
I am a Senior Marriott Rewards member with health issues which could change before August. Therefore, I cannot afford to book a non-refundable room rate.
Catherine was patient and searched for a room to satisfy my needs.

The telephone presentation was exquisite! The telephone environment was painless no walls of resistance clean clear cut conversation and I Am so satisfied with this agent. You must give her a raise.

We had been trying to get and make reservations for Ramada Inn Airport North on My Edison had been calling couldn't get answer kept going to voice mail, called Reservations lady was really nice and helped us book only room left. Fantastic job

Febelyn was just so sweet and attentive and precise in her communication. Honestly, I feel lucky to have received her as my representative for booking this hotel. It's not often that I reach people so patient with my questions and lovely with their presentation of what I can expect. She was wonderful and anyone who manages her and doesn't promote her is missing a huge opportunity for growth. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Had problem booking on line and called. Short wait time and Luis took care of me. So nice to speak with a person, especially one who knows his job. He was courteous and polite.

Our booking agent was very helpful and courteous taking our information as we were driving to Super 8 in Redding. There was break up with phone reception, but she remained patient and helped us thru the process. Kudos!

When booking this reservation, I stated that I only wanted something on the third or fourth floor. The agents assured me multiple times that this was on the third floor. I called the hotel to confirm today, and I find out the reservation is on the seventh floor. I was lied to and given incorrect information, and now I cannot change or cancel this reservation.
