Color is unacceptable, want to exchange. I filled out the return/refund/exchange form but have heard nothing in regards to my request.

I had communicate will the vendor about the unit water wave bye bye slip, no knots per bleached. L told them that l had ordered 2 wigs that look very nice, but you can see the knots in both of the wigs! The name of the other wig l just got a month ago was the heavy layer side part. And that had black knots also! So l will have to find somewhere else to buy from!
You change my order to a higher price, when l had a few more days to order at a cheaper price. Not fair when you bring the rates higher! This is my first time ordering from this company! And lm not happy about that change in price! 🤨
I ordered a kinky straight half wig and when I received it, the wig was pressed out which was fine but made it seem a lot less dense. I knew I was going to bleach it because I needed it to match my color hair color. This was hardest wig I've ever had to color. It took me two attempts to lift the black bass to at the very least a brassy brown. I lost a lot of hair in the process, on top of that. It tangles like a synthetic wig and the wig is advertised as 100% human hair. I nicknamed this wig "scaly wag" because that's all it's really giving.

The hair quality is poor for both wigs I purchased. The quality of the hair was like purchasing hair from the local beauty supply store. I buy a lot of hair from Unice but this was the poorest quality I ever received. For the price I'm ver disappointed and I am returning the hair because it's not good.

I hate wigs that look like wigs! This wig is so natural looking. I ordered 3 from 3 different companies and this is my favorite one.
My experience was great. I received my product but I did pay for expedited shipping and it came past the day delivery Mark so I really should've received a refund on that.
I ordered 2 wigs but only received 1. I sent emails and text regarding missing wig to see if a tracking could be sent to me. Absolutely no communication was given. Today I received the second wig that looks like it was laying in the corner of a wearhouse somewhere. I will definitely definitely stick to my original hair company. There's been a lot of talk online about how stylists rip off extension clients and that clients could be getting hair for way cheaper on sites like UNice. However, even though the price point is nice, there is a noticeable difference in quality. Stringy, wispy ends, intense shedding, undisclosed synthetic hair blending and silicone coatings. These are things we don't see in brands like Bellami, DropDead, Donna Bella, Aqua etc. They also claim to be third party tested but don't share any of those results. This will most likely be my first and last purchase for UNice. I'd rather pay $600 for hair that lasts a year than $200 for frizzy low quality hair that's hard to dye and needs replacing every 2 months.
I bought a pre everything with tap for the sides, and for some reason the tap wasn't sticking I was so disappointed with my purchase now I'm having problems with contacting customer service for my refund.
Ordered what would seem like a beautiful wig from UNice. When it arrived #1 it smelled horrible. In a beautiful pink bag - wig's not a top quality brand I must admit. Will be returning

I expected the wig to be ready out of the box per customer reviews but unfortunately my experience is that you need to do a bit more prep before it's ready to use. The curls are bouncier so you will need to adjust the curls. Also the lace will need to be adjusted to match your skin tone. Overall the quality of the hair is really nice but my rating is due to the follow up work needed

The shipping was quick, however, there was no communication on the status of the whole process. Things were happening in the background. I did send an email and the response was quick and rest assured me that the hair has been shipped
