Ordering was easy and so was checkout, but I ordered the same product in first one then two sizes bigger than I usually wear, and the item was still too small. The sizing for brands seems to vary greatly.

I love that I can make a call or send an email and talk to a human, not an AI bot or a string of option menus. Their prices are totally reasonable, they have good ethics behind their business, they pick amazing designers and brands, and they send free stickers.
I have had returns in the past and have never had any experiences that weren't great. Any interactions ive had, have been painless and quick. Sizing and product info is accurate and quality is great!
Nur keine, weil kaum Infos über Fortschritte der Bestellung. Dass es aufgrund der Arbeit der Zollbeamten immer (auch bei anderen Anbietern, ist gemeint 😉) ein paar Tage später wird mit der Lieferung, ist völlig normal und nicht euch zuzurechnen.
Die Qualität der Ware ist auch bei der jetzt DRITTEN Bestellung absolut smart 💝

Item I purchased was too small but overall experience good so far. In the middle of exchanging for larger size. I'll see how it goes.
The wait time to receive my items was a little too long. I ordered three times. The first time took like 2-3 weeks. By the time it arrived, I no longer needed the item. The second time took 5 days so I thought there was an improvement, but the last time took about the same time as the first time.

Website was easy to use, prices are reasonable, everything came out exactly as shown in picture, one of the best selling points for me is that none of the items came back with that bad smell you can get with other black dyed clothes and everything is comfortable and not a scratchy thick material that you might often get online! I will definitely be making more purchases here in the future.

The book is really just a pamphlet, not a full sized coloring book. For the price it should've been a full-size coloring book. No I am not happy with my purchase.

Answer: The clothing is drastically smaller. I assume they only want children purchasing from them. I purchased a skirt that was supposed to be an adult XL and I measured it and found it's a medium and they refuse to return even though it's incorrectly labeled. Purchase at your own risk!
