I have owned a Woodhaven 10' wood crib for 15+ years. I recently purchased another 8' wood crib for installation at the site of my son's Eagle Scout project. The quality of the Wiodhaven wood cribs and covers are both excellent. I highly recommend these wood cribs fir anyone looking for a high quality, functional, good looking wood storage solution.

I contacted customer support on an issue with a previous purchase to get some feedback on the product as it did not seem to be holding up as I expected. I did not expect to be fortunate enough to have the item be under warranty and completely replaced. I feel as though the service was excellent and better than I could imagined. We purchased a fireplace from the site and it was delivered on time. The driver was excellent and helped me get the item into my backyard.

Customer service was great. We ordered wood for a gas fireplace and 2 pieces came broken. They replaced the whole box with no problem. Great company!

We have not constructed our wood stackers yet but I chose the woodland Direction stackers because they seemed to be the most durable based on descriptions and reviews. Quick shipping - arrived earlier than stated!

WE HAVE NOT USED THE PRODUCT (YET). WHEN WE ORDERED IT, WE HAD SPECIFIC SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR WD, "DO NOT TO SHIP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AT OUR HOUSE"! THIS HOUSE IS A VACATION HOME, AND WE ARE NOT AT THE LOCATION ALL THE TIME. WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS READY TO SHIP, WD SHIPPED IT, AND DID NOT INFORM US. IT HAD TO BE RETURNED TO WD AND HELD UNTIL WE WERE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AT THE SITE.

I had to change my order a few days after placing it, and subsequently needed an additional piece. On both occasions, the response was both helpful and quick.

We are very happy with the spark screen and Woodland Direct delivered it quickly. Great customer service and product selections. We will shop here again.

I wish more information had been volunteered before I placed an order, given that as first time customers we wouldn't know what questions to ask. Even though I sent photos of our fireplace there was no mention of how a custom screen would interact with the irregular stone surround of our fireplace, i. E., that there would be visible gaps between the outer frame and the stone. There were also no sketches, diagrams or CADs provided to allow us to see how the screen would look in our setting, to avoid misunderstanding about terms and dimensions.

I repeatedly emphasized over the phone and through email that I did not want the screen to sit fully inside the fireplace box, after the rep explained the pros and cons of this vs. the frame leaving a reveal that the doors would conceal when closed, thus concealing less of the interior. But after we found that the frame was too small for our opening the rep sounded like she did not recall that conversation at all, and instead contradicted what she'd told me before by pointing out that if the doors overlapped the surround we would not be able to open them - something else a drawing would have clarified.

I will give credit that the company is trying to rectify the situation (hence the third star), but we keep getting requests for repeated measurements and photos of our firebox, and now we're being asked to verify a new design based solely on numbers, with no response to our request for a visual aide to avoid a second snafu and convince us that the proposed workaround is the best option. The quality and workmanship seem good but clear and precise communication has been lacking.

Overall the ordering, processing and delivery were smooth. There was some minor damage and dirt under the cardboard protection.

I am very, very pleased with the 16ft firewood rack and covers I ordered. It was very easy to assemble, is extremely solid and stable, and the two covers are strong and durable. I highly recommend WoodlandDirect!

Speaking with the sales rep on the phone when we ordered the glass door fireplace screen was easy.
He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped direct us to the best product for our space.

The fireplace doors are beautiful. But they do not provide to overlap needed to cover the slightly uneven face of the opening on the fireplace. They fit exactly, including the lip which is meant to be outside the fireplace, but it is inside.

The fireplace is in a condo downtown, not where our primary residence is. I waited until an installer could come.

Ordering on line was easy. The grill and side burners were as described, on-time, properly packed, and placed where I wanted it. Haven't used yet, since my patio remodel is not yet finished. So I cannot say how good the grill or side burner works.

I have never had to order a replacement for my gas log fireplace so was very "green" about what was needed. When I called Woodland Direct to speak with someone about what was needed, I encountered a representative who was highly knowledgeable and walked me through the process with patience and expertise. My order arrived very quickly and was exactly what had been ordered. When the technician from my gas company installed my unit, he found that everything was provided and the unit functioned perfectly. If I ever need to replace my current equipment the only company that I will contact is Woodland. That is the highest recommendation I can give any company.

The logs were good at first but then they did not work so they sent me the parts and I still had trouble but then it started working

Quick and easy experience. It's not cheap but the rack is sturdy and very durable - worth the price! The cover is a nice functional and aesthetic touch. I would recommend!
