Fan Problems

Aspen helped me get the fans in my PC running again. We did try to get my RBG lights to work, but were unable to do so but that was no fault of his. He was very helpful and my computer is running cool again. I'm glad Xidax has support like him that makes understanding these machines easier. Again thank you Aspen.

Great service

I had called for a fix/update on my computer I was unable to do myself. I was paired with Aspen who through out the entire process was able to walk me through everything he did as well as everything he needed me to do. He was patient and extremely helpful thank you Aspen.

Gpu issues no more

My Gpu after this recent update to nvidia graphics cards started crashing loading anything more powerful than a video or small game. And after a while of trying to fix it myself I gave up and contacted xidax support as I realized it's a bigger issue than I could fix. I got Aspen as my helper and they were quick and clear what steps I cupido take to try to fix the issue. And after a while of reinstalling my drivers and updating windows and bios the issue was resolved.

Aspen has definitely proven to be a lifesaver. My computer shut down and would not power up again, Aspen guided me through the steps needed to get it running again.

Now to spend some time creating backup's. Aspen saved several weeks of work for me.

First. I love the system. I have built my systems for the last 2 decades and decided to have a system built by Xidax.
Secondly I had an issue that required me to contact tech.
Lastly, Aspen Young-Labella, the technician, was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient in working with me by remote.
People and products like this are worth it.

Pick up this pc about a yr ago. Xidax has help with pick parts so i got a great build without going over kill. When I need help aspen with their customer support has keep my pc up to date and running smooth.

Xidax is amazing

Xidax is a company I can definitely recommend, even after having to use the warranty I got. The pc they built is amazing couldn't be happier with it. But it did have an issue that I had to send it in for repair. But through that whole process it was smooth and painless, they were very helpful with the whole support process. Aspen from tech support was the one who helped me and it was one of the easiest times I've had dealing with any companies tech support. They were just as dedicated as me to getting the pc back up and running, and very fast. Couldn't be happier with my choice to go with them for my pc. If I had built it myself and this happened I would have been out of luck. Absolutely worth the warranty.

Customer Service Experience

While trying to get a hold of Xidax on the phone proved to be quite the challenge, reaching out on the chat system connected me with Aspen and they were quick to help me figure out why the PC I ordered on 2/19 still had not shipped by 2/24. She quickly resolved the issue and communicated effectively with me on what was being done.
