Kinda disappointed

I purchased a bully dog bdx tuner. The info page indicated that it came with preloaded tunes for my 2014 Challenger RT. It did not and turns out that tuners are non returnable. I am aware that I can purchase a custom tune from other dealers but I bought it for the preloaded tunes since I can't afford a 300 tune on top of a 300 dollar device. I spoke the the customer service agent NiNo and he was all but helpful. I appreciate the fast shipping, but do not appreciate the fact that the item was not as described.

You guys suck. I got a product today that had visible build issues and then got to see how bad it was. I called to return and I have to prove there are issues? Send pics feom a just delivered item? I will never ever do business with you again.

We do ask for photos when a return is initiated because there are some situations where a customer may be missing a part of the kit, and when they send photos, we may be able resolve the issue without doing a full return.

Can place an order

Tried 4 times to place an order. First off the cart would add a 2nd item and I'd have to delete it everything. Then order would be placed and I'd get an email saying it was canceled due to a possible fraud. I tried multiple cards & even PayPal, still didn't work.

Bring more for convertibles

I wish there were more options for convertible mustangs, the search engine still shows products for fastbacks despite me saying I have a convertible, it would've helped keep me from purchasing a exhaust that was designed for a fastback. But I'm not sour about it, live & learn.

I have been dreading this call for 2 weeks because I was afraid that I would not be able to answer the questions and would sound like a dumb woman on the other end of the phone. Well I was totally surprised how easy it was for me and super happy with the service I received from Brad. He talked over everything with me and actually made me feel like I knew what I was talking about. I work with customers every day so I hold a very high standard on what kind of service I receive and Brad exceeded my expectations. Now I can not wait to get my new rims. We do apologize that when you placed your order online, we did not inform you that the items would be shipping in separate packages. We would like to apologize for the frustration this situation has caused you.

When the order is placed, we review which warehouse has the item, and we can ship it from and there are times when we do not have the item in our warehouse, so we reach out to the manufacturer and ask if they can ship the item. This is what happened with part of your order. For the PA Performance High Output Alternator, this is being shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. The other items on your order were being shipped from different warehouses, so we can get them to you in a timely manner,

Unfortunately, we are not able to identify which warehouse or vendor these will ship from until the order is placed.

Always get good deals from AM

I've been shopping from AM since 2013. They have mostly everything I need for every stang I've ever owned. Recently I was notified about rims that I have been eyeing for awhile that were discounted for being open boxed…. Well I bought those 2 rims and they were heavily discounted. Just about to buy another one! Thank you guys for helping me build my vehicles and always giving me heads up on items that go on sale or heavily discounted. Im spending a lot of money but you guys are also helping me save by not spending to much either lol.

Approved radiator SR performance - discontinued was told in email to pick a new one. Did, zero response for days, emailed again, called. Ended up just buying a new one because I was so disappointed in the response time my car would be in the shop for weeks!

I was on a chat this morning about the above item.
They said I would receive a call from a sales tech. I received the call and Andera W got me the item #. I was then able to login online and get the replacement ordered in about 5 minutes. I have never had any issues getting orders placed and shipped. Will continue to use AM as long as I have the GT. Top Notch business.

Your A. I. is over burdensome.
I can't hardly look at something with some type of pop-up window.

Furthermore...
It couldn't even answer my question correctly when looking to replace the trunk area carpet instead opting for a sales rep at 0300.

I'm pretty sure you don't have a sale rep on the phone at 3 AM.

Junk, damaged itself

Missing hardware, and the hardware that was provided was too long and damaged the top of the spoiler from the bolt breaking through the top of the spoiler. Very disappointed.
