I am very happy w/Blindsgalore. I called in twice about difficulties & issues resolved. 1 being my shades went on sale the next day after I bought them & 2. I didn't realize the acronym TDBU meant top down bottom up when I went to buy my shades.

Blinds are very well made and fit the windows perfectly. Installation was relatively simple but due to our age and physical limitations we had to get help.
The boxes were open at one end each exposing the blinds. Not sure if anything is broken or missing. Will find out when the handy man puts them in the window.
