I received a package that was faulty advertisement, and I was disappointed to see that the package that I received was nothing like the picture that was on the link. The fabric wasn't the same as it was on the website. It didn't have rhinestones like it was on the website. It looked like a cheap shirt that you paste it. A sticker picture onto the shirt. I ordered a dress in April, waited for 2 weeks no updates. Decided to email was told sold out. Said let me know when stock is back, another 4 weeks no answer. Email again received message sold out. Requested full refund. Outfit is for a wedding that I now have nothing for. VERY UPSET.
No update on delay, no customer service available via phone everything is via email took forever to get a response via email and even though I requested a cancellation of my order it was ignored and was just advised my order was delayed.
It took a few weeks for the package to arrive. Tried it on but the fit was way too small. I bought a Medium but it felt like a small.
It was a perfect fit for my wife and looked absolutely beautiful. She wore it out in public as soon as she received it, and she received many compliments from people.
Company did not want to give a refund upon return. They offered to give a five or 10% refund to keep the items extremely unsatisfied.

I had to email back and forth to get a return address, they offered 15%, 20%, and then 30% refund to keep the dress… I said no, I wanted a full refund. I ordered the dress, it was a long wait but came just in time. I wore it on my wedding day and it was beautiful. The one top I ordered did not come in because it was sold out which is ridiculous. The pink top that came the arms were way too big and so I will have to give it away because I'm unable to wear it at the top of the arms they stick out my arms are thinner than this. Close have a different texture than what is described. Clothes are overly large and baggy. They do not have free returns. So my overall experience has been bad.

I had to email several times to see when I would receive it. When I finally got the order it doesn't look anything like I saw on the website. And I ordered a large but the top is way too big. The bottoms fit fine.
My outfit ended up coming and it was a very nice outfit and true to size. However, it should never take over a month to receive it. I actually forgot about it and it just showed up in the mail one day. I ordered two outfits on the same day one came in a month. The second one came two weeks later that's unacceptable. And I will never order again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
