I would have liked to be able to pick specific flowers to be arranged on-line. For example, I wanted red roses and white daisies, but I couldn't (easily) find a way to specify that.

Love how easy it is to order and check out, but the flowers don't look the same as the pictures being shown which sucks. If I'm paying the amount I'm paying I would hope the flowers looks pretty similar to the pictures. I just feel like I didn't get that.

Order received as schedule on June 5 via UPS. Tulips looked fresh and unopened. As of today (10 June) most looked dry and only some partially open. Tossed them out.
I have had good luck with FTD delivered flowers in the past, but this one was a disappointment.

Ordering was easy but when the arrangement arrived at the person's business, I was suprised when I saw how small it was. The balloon depicted I thought was going to be a large mylar one and instead it was extremely tiny. For the price charged that was a rip off.

The delivery was supposed to be on the day of a grand opening and it's been delayed for a week, but it did get delivered but not when it was supposed to be

My order was supposed to be delivered on May 1st. I got an email that it was delivered only it wasn't delivered until May 2nd. I'm not sure why it was delayed, but an email shouldn't have been sent that it was delivered when it wasn't.

My son sent me flowers for Mother's Day, I received them Saturday. Sad to say,, some of the flowers in the arrangement were actually dead! I do not want him to know that they were so disappointing. I have never had an experience like this with floral delivery.

While the products themselves are good quality and for the most part very similar to what you see online, the shipping and delivery charges are absolutely a rip off. What ever happened to FTD utilizing local florists for their products to keep delivery charges to a minimum or at least reasonably affordable? I will think twice about every using an online flower delivery service, it's just not an affordable option anymore.

I was at first happy with the arrangement that arrived, but some of the flowers started dropping by the next day. I lost about half of them within three days. The remaining flowers and greenery are going strong after a week.

I ordered the an expensive birthday bouquet but it was not delivered as a very full bouquet. I don't remember the total cost, but it was over $100. I could have done as well at the grocery store and spent half as much if I hadn't needed to have to bouquet delivered to a different city. To top it off, what made the bouquet even more special was the beautiful vase. This bouquet was delivered in a clear standard vase, grocery-store style I have ordered from FTD numerous times and have always been pleased. So VERY disappointing!
