I am very disappointed that despite indicating my frequent flyer number when booking my flight ticket, GoToGate did not transmit the information to Lufthansa. Under my PNR, Lufthansa mentioned "No frequent flyer information provided". This is totally unacceptable.

Smooth, easy and user friendly. I tried to book directly with Ethiopian air before and failed. Booking with Go to Gate was quick and efficient

I encounter a problem with my booking number for vietjet airlines not visible to the ground staff at the airport of Da Nang, Vietnam which put us on hold in a long line so mu h hussle on the day of our flight…Kindly, notify each client 1 day before the flight so uts easy especially going to country behind on technology…thank you

I didn't put in my passport information while booking which was weird. Search thru your help/support-wasn't helpful. I am quite concerned!

I had to book a number of tickets for a trip and was looking for the best prices on reliable airlines. I compared multiple sites but GOTOGATE gave me the best prices and booking was easy and logical.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Hidden charges. Unreliable and dishonest. I will never ever ever book with them again.

They raise the price by $40 as I was checking out. Absolutely ridiculous. They denied my payment to raise it by $40 for absolutely no reason. Truly, I feel like this is thievery.

This was my first time booking with gotogate from US to help out a cousin in Europe, price was as advertised and tickets delivered within minutes.

Well, it is not correct that the airlines are charging for your seat. Or you pick one or you don´t travel, eventhough they quote the trip from X to Y country or city.

I thought that I was on the actual KLM site. I even exited and returned but your site showed up as the top choice. I booked the flight then realized it was an online travel agency with terrible reviews. I feel deceived. I am hoping this trip turns out okay but absolutely not happy after reading the reviews

Okay, but I expected to be able to select seats and was unable to do so and that is a major drawback. Seat maps were "unavailable."

Used the site book two short European flights and found the experience quick and easy. Prices also seemed to be very competitive though you must click through all the "extras" it tries to tack on.
