Very kind staff who went the extra mile to help me find two pairs of glasses that would fit and look good. They noticed my frame size in the two pairs was drastically different and guided me to correct size and shape I prefer. I have never used a on line service and was quite skeptical about the products and finding glass without being able to try them on. But the people are amazing, products a good quality, came in a timely fashion. Definitely ordering again from them. This is a honest review from a happy customer. Never paying full price again! No hidden cost, price you see is what you pay.

I had trouble for some reason keeping glasses on my face or my head, they just kept falling off. I contacted Ilook and they said, we will send you a return label free of charge to return the glasses to us. We will give you a full refund for the glasses you returned once we receive them. They did refund my money. I ordered new glasses and they work well.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The last order I made over thr phone was amazing. The woman helped me with an order that I couldn't order on my phone. So the price of glasses locally is getting way out of hand. Sorry but a few thin pieces of wire and a gram of plastic should not cost in the thousand dollar plus range.

Awesome Glasses that's what. I did a lot of searching for any info I could find on the company.
It all looked legit, so I went for it.
Picking out my frames online was a small learning curve but I managed to find something I liked.
Sent in my prescription, and placed my order.First thing I heard back was one of my two frames was unavailable (picked two for the price promo) So I picked a new one.
Before starting the order iLookGlasses asked me to confirm a measurement. (Impressive they were actually making sure of things)
Next they let me know the order was in progress. Took a couple of weeks to show up,
My first impression was Wow! Very sturdy, and well made indeed.
The try on was also impressive, They felt like my old ones only better.
The progressive lenses work just as expected. And over a nice wide field of vision.
Friends think they look great, and I really like them

I really appreciated the call to clarify my prescription when it wasn't the same as last time. I value your attention to detail and the efforts you make to ensure the glasses are exactly what I need. The only thing I wish is a more information on timelines for arrival after order. That's a small thing.

This is one of the most affordable websites I have found. Not only that, the frames and the lens are great!

Glasses were ordered however I was asked to pay an extra $80 for an additional feature. Suggest all costs be identified during the initial order process.

I ordered just frames... metal with plastic arms. One arm, where it attaches to the metal post, is loose. The other arm was glued too far back so there's a noticeable gap right at the temple. Communication and answering my questions prior to me ordering was good, but the product is garbage. Unfortunately I was away when they arrived and life was hectic when I got back so I didn't get a chance to contact the company about the issue... so can't speak to what they would be like to resolve any issue.

The team was very helpful with making sure I had the correct sizes

From start to finish, the experience of hunting for new eye ware was stress free, easy to navigate and a wide selection to choose from.

Seems great quality. Would be great to offer prescription sunglasses tinted brown. May have to try brown tinted progressive lenses.
