Ordering was excellent, got the napkins quickly. They look great but the top of the writing is not straight with the top of the napkin, It's slight yet noticeable.
I placed an order for custom-print T-shirts on May 27th and received a confirmation email stating I would receive my T-shirts around June 10th. Given that I need the T-shirts by June 20th, I thought it would be plenty of time. On June 11th, I checked on the order and found it was on hold. I checked my e-mails, spam folders, and voicemail, and there was no communication from the company regarding the hold. Nevertheless, I used the same credit card on file to place the charge again. For whatever reason, it went through the second time. And on June 12th, the status indicated that they were "in production." I called customer service about this issue and asked for help, but they did nothing to accommodate the situation. Since I needed the T-shirts for the event scheduled for June 21st, I asked them to cancel the order so I could place a new order with a local company I have used for the last 14 years. Then the customer service person told me they cannot because it is already in production. Instead, the customer service told me that I would have to pay $200 more to receive the T-shirts by June 18th. Given no other options, I had to pay that additional money. I went with this company because I thought the reviews were ok and the discount was good. However, it looks like I was duped into ordering from them and got burned. I will not order from this company again, and I strongly recommend against this company to anyone else.

The overall finished product was visually excellent. The appearance looks as expected. And I would highly recommend to do this again.
The process of ordering and receiving the product were great! However, the company logo on the lanyards didn't look so great, and the sponsor wasn't happy. The blue logo was bleeding onto the white lanyard. Pretty sloppy for our standards.
We ordered coasters for our business. The coasters that arrived were very cheap and flimsy looking with rough and ragged edges instead of smooth, clean lines. Additionally, the color of our logo was off. We are deeply unsatisfied with the product we received.

The shipped item arrived after the event. It was too late. I called customer service and they were extremely rude to me. Told me that it was my fault that the item shipped in the time manner that it did. I was not happy with my experience. Every time I would call back, the call would end as if someone picked it up and hung up on me. I did not appreciate the experience that I had. I requested a refund and was denied.
We ordered these to celebrate the retirement of a dear colleague. Everyone loves them! They arrived a little faster than we had expected and look perfect! Thank you!
The process was fairly easy online although I had some technical issues ( first time using imprint.com)
I also found that the size or placement could not be guaranteed. The product came fairly quickly however I first noticed that the color was not the same as the artwork I submitted. These are laminate and the white background used lightened the color making it pinkish rather than orange. When the glass has liquid it appears orange, but pinkish when empty. Also when washing one, the bottom of the logo came off. If I should reorder, I'll have to see if the color can be accounted for.

Shopping was so painless. Imprint made everything easy. Shipping was super fast and my buttons are AWESOME.
The proof was filtered into my spam folder which delayed me approving it. That is on me and my email filter. However, once I did approve it, it seemed the printing and shipping process took FOREVER. Because of both of the above, I missed the day that I needed the products for. Rendering all these items nearly useless to me as I sat waiting for weeks to get the products in my hand. I placed the order on April 29th and received it today, May 21. When I ordered, the expected arrival date was May 8th.
The shipping was not transparent and we got it a week after the estimated delivery date. Upon arrival the logo on the tote bags were not centered despite approving the order image where the image was centered
Ordering was easy and product is just what we wanted for our wedding. Uploading design was simple and product turned out just how we wanted! Super fast shipping as well!
I ordered 325 customized lanyards, and they arrived exactly when they were estimated to arrive, which was wonderful as our event was the next week. I was very happy with the ease of using the website and delivery instructions. However, when the lanyards came, I was disappointed to see the colors ran together. I ordered navy blue lanyards with white lettering, and all the letters were a light blue. I was looking for that stark difference between the dark and light color and didn't get that effect. Overall, we used them and nobody knew they weren't exactly right except me, but it does make me take pause before considering ordering again.
When I placed my order, there were different pricing options available for rush shipping. There was also a free shipping option that provided an estimated delivery date. If a delivery date is offered during checkout, it should be honored without customers having to continuously call, message, or threaten cancellation just to receive updates or assistance.
This was one of the most frustrating ordering processes I have experienced, and unfortunately, it has left a negative impression on me as a customer. Luckily, after all the back-and-forth communication, I did receive my items. However, based on this experience, I will not consider Imprint for future business needs.
Products came out great. However the ordering process was difficult. I had initially requested a proof but with all the toggling between options and uploading my design the proof request got unchecked. Luckily the design came out good on the final product.
Shipping times were also misleading. Paid extra for a sooner estimated delivery date that was not close to when the products were actually delivered.
I was pleased with how Z decal looked on both sides of the shirt although I did not realize that it was going to be a vinyl press on. I thought it was going to be more directive fabric.
Answer: Imprint.com is a total scam. I will never do business with them again.
Answer: Lots of back and forth. Can't call customer service. Have to fill out a 'ticket'. Waste of time.
Answer: The reviews but not I wish I did more research. They also gave me an estimated time which I need but now they can't tell me why it's way past the estimate time.
