First call when I made reservation was not good. I told person that I was going for a reunion and we had special group discount for Ohio State former players. She congratulated me and gave me the rate. I told my wife and she was angry because she looked it up and with her Hilton honors hers would be cheaper. When I called back the gentleman I talked to said no discount was on and gave us 15 % off rate. Wasn't happy with the experience

I could tell the reservation clerk was not real as it felt very robotic and impersonal, however, she was pretty efficient. I did need to call back and talk to a live agent regarding a military discount but it worked out.

Vikrant worked to get us rates and the property we wanted at the end of what has been a crazy move... from two normal houses in PA and MD into a retirement home near out kids in TX. It was obvious that it was a busy time, but he treated us like we were special and got us what we needed.

He did not tell he was from Experian. The price at the front desk hotel is $169.00. He wanted to charge me $240 then $180 the back up to $220. Because he said the king size bedroom was sold out. I called the Marriott direct reservation number how did I get switched to Experian? Never again will I ever use Experian. It's CRIMINAL!'

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
