I could tell the reservation clerk was not real as it felt very robotic and impersonal, however, she was pretty efficient. I did need to call back and talk to a live agent regarding a military discount but it worked out.

Vikrant worked to get us rates and the property we wanted at the end of what has been a crazy move... from two normal houses in PA and MD into a retirement home near out kids in TX. It was obvious that it was a busy time, but he treated us like we were special and got us what we needed.

I don't remember having a nicer person helped me with a hotel reservation. She was very exact and helpful and friendly and warm.

He did not tell he was from Experian. The price at the front desk hotel is $169.00. He wanted to charge me $240 then $180 the back up to $220. Because he said the king size bedroom was sold out. I called the Marriott direct reservation number how did I get switched to Experian? Never again will I ever use Experian. It's CRIMINAL!'

The agent was very helpful. He found a lower rate for us seeing we are just passing through the area. We just need it to sleep.

My experience with Baby Joy was very pleasant and she was very polite In taking my reservation. I don't recall the person that took my cancelation and refund but that went well with no issues

Managed to book a hotel for 2 nights but was obviously an AI bot assistant.
Had to keep repeating email address
It didn't indicate if breakfast was included or ask if I wanted breakfast (and I had assumed it did) so I now have to make separate booking on arrival for that
Personally, I find these systems very limited, robotic and not a substitute for a human being.
