Muy mala por parte del equipo que en vez de ayudarte para todo te pide plata y no la recomiendo porque cuando compré mi boleto faltó uno de mis apellidos y saben lo que hicieron me estuvieron cobrando 180 usd para cambiar el nombre y cuando llame ala asistencia de la aerolínea me dijeron que normal mientras mi nombre y mi primer apellido está normal puedo abordar el vuelo pero la asistencia de Smart me estuvieron pidiendo más plata, porque solo deberían informar que si se puedo no pedir que cambien todavía y para las personas no solo en mi caso hay muchas personas que compran por medio de esta plataforma cuando aún no saben fácil te engañan bueno uno en su ignorancia cree todo lo que le dicen por eso mejor llamen alas aerolíneas que ahí les sale más barato el pasaje y te dan más soluciones.

I received your response, and I find this practice extremely frustrating and disappointing. Forcing customers to submit reviews by making them mandatory and providing misleading information is neither fair nor professional.

Customers should be free to decide whether they want to leave a review. It is not appropriate to impose limitations or require comments and reviews as a condition for using the service.

This experience has left a very negative impression on me. Unfortunately, it will be both my first and last time using your platform.

I chose SmartFares because it was significantly cheaper. I haven't actually taken the flight yet but so far it's been a good experience!

I reached out about an accidental charge on my flight purchase. The customer service representative was very kind, understanding, and quickly resolved my issue by issuing a refund.

Everything was great! The only thing they charged me something for the seats (this is the only part the website didn't advise about any price). I called few minutes later they were very helpful over the phone, hope my refund arrives soon

It was pretty easy but confusing at the same time but only because of the check bag and carry on options, which did change the price a bit, but other then that it was fairly simple to do.
