- passenger seat belt once buckled kept making noise that the seat belt is not buckled

I recently had a very frustrating experience with U-Save Car Rental, and unfortunately it comes down to inconsistency and lack of transparency.
On a previous rental, when a parking fine was issued, I was guided through a clear and fair process—contacting their admin team, having the fine transferred to me, and being given the opportunity to either contest or pay it. I contested it, and it was ultimately rejected by the council. That's exactly how things should work.
However, during my most recent rental, the process was completely different. I was not shown any evidence of the fines, nor given the opportunity to review, contest, or settle them myself. Instead, I was simply charged two substantial amounts within a span of just four days, totaling GBP 566.
What's most concerning is that both rentals happened within the same month, yet the procedures were handled entirely differently. This inconsistency feels unfair and raises serious questions about transparency and customer rights.
I would strongly urge U-Save to standardize their process and ensure customers are always given full visibility and the chance to respond before charges are applied. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious and monitor any post-rental charges very closely.

We absolutely loved renting the 15-passenger Mercedes van! It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and made traveling with our entire family so easy and enjoyable. The ride was exceptionally smooth, and the van felt luxurious while still offering plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggage. One of the best parts of our trip was having the whole family together in one vehicle, creating memories and sharing laughs along the way. It was rather frustrating to pay for auto insurance through Travelocity then at the counter be told I need to purchase auto insurance. When I presented my own auto insurance which is a national company, I was told they only accept 4 other companies and she pointed to a sheet of paper. How was I supposed to know this when I rented online. So I ended up shelling out and extra $170.
