I'm pleased with most of the blinds. The color on the zebra shades is not what I expected. It wasn't reflected in the online sample that it was going to be a gradient color scheme. I wish it were solid or a tweed. A few of the blinds hardware arrived broken, but CS took care of me quickly and I was able to get the blinds up within a few days of the request for hardware.
Plenty of choices and options to compare for cost. Easy to customize and order.

Overall, I'm pleased with the blinds, their build quality and appearance. Three of the blinds I ordered were the same size. When they arrived, however, one was cut shorter than the others and wouldn't cover the window. It is being replaced as I write this. One of the blinds ordered was right hand control but received as left hand control. I reconfigured that myself to right hand control rather than go through the replacement process. Finally, no hardware, i. E. screws came with any of the bungee retention receivers; I went to the hardware store and purchased my own.
Picking sample was easy, ordering was easy the installation was easy. Just do it. If I can do it anyone can. I did mine alone but a second set of hands is always helpful.
I love my blinds, they fit great in my space. The directions were not very clear, and I found myself looking for other videos and instructions to better clarify some of the vague instructions

We chose our blinds from the many choices. Got color samples and my husband measured multiple times. We must have wrote a wrong number. Ordered. Of course they were wrong. Talked to customer service and they were so awesome. Sent us the right ones! Will definitely buy from them again!
I chose to have a pro measure and install. They were top notch professionals. The product was exactly what I expected. All things considered, a great value.
Having samples to actually see against the paint colors and the lighted and dark window really gives piece of mind. I would also like to see samples of the light filtering and light blocking materials.
Pretty easy to get measurements right, easy to choose and view colors options etc. I found that the pricing for the cordless faux wood blinds gave me two different ranges, one price when I went to the "sale" button and ordered and then another going straight to the blinds button. It did not correct to the cheaper price in the cart.

I had a problem with the header breaking, but they replaced it with a new blind and it's working perfect! I installed the new blind with zero issues!
I ordered the blinds.com blackout blinds and the fit, cut, manufacture, everything is good except that they smelled extremely strongly of volatile organic compounds like glue or plastic. I had to put them outside in the sun for about 10 days and by that point they were basically usable but I would still rather not have that. Blinds.com to their credit did offer me a full refund, which, because the smell dissipated over time, I decided not to go through with the hassle of that. So props to them for that. Would use blinds.com again, would not order their house-brand blackouts.

Ordered blinds for 11 windows and two french doors. All were excellent quality, as advertised, and arrived on time. Excellent products and stellar service.
I am admittedly technologically deficient, but the debite was a little difficult to navigate and took me a while ti figure out
There was quite a long lead time on the order when it was placed. On top of that, there were some shipping issues, packages were lost, order was split into multiple shipments, customer service folks took no responsibility for the shipping issues and made no effort to communicate with the shipper on my behalf. When the package was 2 weeks late and no updated shipping information, they reshipped the order, but with a lead time before shipping. I received the order for the missing blinds twice. I'm sure that customer service could have been more proactive with the shipper.
At time of payment and "review your order", the most pertinent information that you should see is the size of the blind, not the price and other information.
The shopping experience with these guys was fantastic. Easy to order, easy to install and arrived two weeks earlier than they said in their confirmations. They allow you to track the order from the time it's purchased until the time it arrives. Highly recommend this company.
Service and blinds are great. I messed up ( my mistake) measurement on one and customer service sent a replacement at no charge. Recommend blinds.com!
I saved my choices, created an account, returned to it, and my order was duplicated. I found this to be a problem. Thank goodness I caught the problem and removed the duplicates.

The blinds I received from them are great! I was worried about them because of how big they were. They were 82" long, but they were made very well and shipped fine. The price was great too!

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
