I really like this site, I only wish the app was still available but it makes buying parts for my gladiator very easy and shipping is super quick.
Again called CS for some information and was able to actual talk to a live person. With nearly every company going AI, it's very difficult to talk to a live person.
After searching every where that I could think of and also ordering the part I need twice and both times the tie rod I need wasn't the right one. Then I found extreme terrain and they finally had the right part I have been looking for. So now hopefully it doesn't take to long to get here. They said 3 days but we will see. Thanks extreme terrain.

Had to purchase items for my 2001 jeep Cherokee XJ Sport 4X4. There is a difference in the Cherokee 4X4,2WD, XJ OR Sport-Sport. I got all the Correct parts with help form the salesman. They didn't have a listing for Sport but did for XJ.

When ordering parts and other items y'all rock. But when you send out. You've won a free item, choose one and it doesn't work. It makes me wonder whats up.
I placed my order and needed to click on photos of bicycles, crosswalk, cars, motorcycles, stairs, and it went on for many minutes, and then when I verified my order, I had to do this all over again and almost decided not to order because it took forever to verify that I was human.

While I had done extensive A. I. research trying to locate and match up the best step runners with what would make my new 2026 Tacoma TRD Off Road look nice. I didn't give much thought to the actual purchasing process. Extreme Terrain made that experience a breeze, by helping me match up what I wanted and what would fit my truck.
Been doing a new build out for a couple months now… Extreme always come through with some great ideas, especially Mike L, my Advisor. Also very appreciative of the promotional funds that can be acquired by uploading photos of our build out.
Always a great experience when I call Mike… We're up to several thousand dollars in sales at this point and he is always thoughtful, takes time to explain pluses and minuses, jokes around about the voluminous amount of spend, but in a kind and gentle way! 🤠He's a real bonus to my shopping experience.
I have purchased several items from Extreme Terrain, and have been "Extremely" pleased! I have purchased items online from other Companies, and have run into nothing but trouble. From this point on, if I can find what I need on Extreme Terrain's site, it will be purchased there.
Wrong item received so reordered thru customer service and its out of stock. Cust serv was not able to swap for another part so had to reorder. And reschedule install. Was only given $20 store credit for troubles which just covers the insurance on new item. Nothing else.

We do work hard to have orders shipped correctly and quickly, and we not only fell short of our goal, with your order, but more importantly we fell short of your expectations.
When you contacted us to set up this return. The item you ordered was on a back order so we were unable to set this up as a return/replacement. We do show that you were refunded for the return of the rear bumper on 6/5. This refund went back to your original payment method. We do show that on 6/1 you placed an order for the RedRock Rock Crawler Rear Bumper; Textured Black (18-26 Jeep Wrangler JL). We show this was delivered on 6/2.
Due to this situation, we issued an additional credit to your Extreme Terrain account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 9/30/2026

Received an email with a promotional credit, but it expired the day after I received it. Called customer service - very understanding, quickly and easily applied the credit to a purchase. Outstanding experience!
