Definitely one of the best things I've done was to register my dog, who is considered an "aggressive breed" and often discriminated against when it comes to renting.
I was a homeowner but after moving I was renting again and it was causing me so much anxiety because every place that was "pet friendly" had "breed restrictions" so they weren't pet friendly.

I have used this service for several years now and it is one of, if not the easiest way to secure the documents you need to take your emotional support pet with you.
The renewal process this time was a little confusing as it was not made clear that I needed to fill out the questionnaire again, this caused a small issue getting the documents as quickly.

Why is it so difficult to add a second ESA? Per your website instructions this should be as simple as sending an email to *******@suppportpets.com. However, after 4 emails, 6 completed forms on your website and close to a dozen phone calls I was able to get a representative who was able to assist me and get my second ESA updated with just 2 hours remaining on the deadline my landlord had given me after the first set of documents I received were incorrect. What should have been a quick and fairly seamless process took longer than anticipated and ended up flaring my already high anxiety. It was an unnecessarily stressful situation. However, I am thankful Support Pets was able to come through intime. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome.

The property management company clearly stated in the application for our apartment that online Drs and documents purchased through an online website were not valid and would not be accepted. I already paid more than my budget allowed me to. And now I have to pay to take my dog to a real time appointment with a vet..

Property management wants the ability to confirm ESA status by speaking to the doctor on the phone.
Without an address and a phone number they can be reached at, it doesn't look like they will accept it. Waste of money!
